UPDATE January 2021: Our 30 days return policy has been temporarily relaxed.
We will accept returns for select merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. All returns much be in their original condition, unworn and unused, or your return may be rejected.
We will refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged, to the original payment method or Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops gift card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return shipment.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Returns will not be accepted for autographed items, gift cards, e-gift cards, custom items including but not limited to custom jerseys, swimwear, underwear, and face masks. We reserve the right to update this list and reject an unauthorized return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please click HERE to start your return. Or visit www.dallascowboys.returnly.com. Enter your order number and zip code, then click the "Start a Return" button.
Make sure you have your order number and zip code on hand. Both can be found in your Order Confirmation email and/or your Packing Slip that came with the original order.
If your order can't be found, double check your order number and zip code. You can also select the "Start with an email address" option if you have the email associated with the order.
Select the item or items from the order that you want to return. Please choose the most accurate return reason, so that we can improve fan experiences in the future. Once you have made all return selections, please click the "Complete Return" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be able to see your refund estimate, including the estimated return shipping charge, before you confirm. If you are satisfied, please click the "Confirm" button to finalize the return request.
You will be able to download and print the return label on the next page. Please print or save the return authorization info for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email with next steps for shipping out your return.
If the item you are trying to return is not eligible, you will not be able to complete the request.
