Information Collected About Kid Users Through Cowboys Crew
When a parent or guardian registers a Kid User to become a member of Cowboys Crew, the following Personal Information may be requested from the parent or guardian about the Kid User: his or her first and last name, gender and date of birth. A Kid User's Personal Information will only be solicited when a parent or guardian registers a Kid User to become a member of Cowboys Crew, when a parent or guardian enters a sweepstakes or contest offered through Cowboys Crew on behalf of a Kid User or when a parent or guardian registers a Kid User for an event.

The Personal Information we collect about a Kid User is used to provide the services and features on Cowboys Crew (e.g., contests, sweepstakes and promotions), process and respond to the Kid User's parent's or guardian's requests (e.g., requests for newsletters, alerts and marketing communications), provide customer service for events or otherwise, and to contact the Kid User's parent or guardian about the Kid User's use of Cowboys Crew. We also use this information for record keeping purposes.
Disclosure To Our Service Providers
The Personal Information we collect about a Kid User is shared only with our service providers to support and administer the internal operations of Cowboys Crew, such as to register and maintain accounts, to fulfill account requests, and to provide customer service. Unless we have obtained a Kid User's parent's or guardian's consent as required by applicable law, a Kid User's Personal Information is not shared with third parties for their own use or disclosure, and each service provider with whom a Kid User's Personal Information is shared has agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the information.
We reserve the right to release a Kid User's Personal Information when we believe release is required to comply with federal, state or local law, to enforce the Web Site Terms & Conditions, or to protect our or other users' rights, property or safety.
In connection with a corporate change or dissolution, including for example a merger, acquisition, reorganization, consolidation, bankruptcy, liquidation, sale of assets or wind down of business, Kid Users' Personal Information and Kid Users' Web Site Usage Information may be among the transferred assets.
How can you review your child's personal information, deactivate your Cowboys Crew Account or delete your child's personal information?
You can review, or modify your child's Personal Information and/or deactivate your Cowboys Crew account by logging into your account here and then accessing the preferences and information associated with your child's profile.
When you deactivate your Cowboys Crew account, we will stop collecting, using, and/or disclosing Personal Information about your child, but we reserve the right to retain information necessary for record keeping. A profile may be re-opened for your child upon request in accordance with our policies and procedures. You may ask us to delete the Personal Information you have given to us regarding your child. You may also be able to delete some of your Personal Information or deactivate your profile using the means described above. Please note, however, that your right to delete your information is subject to our records retention practices through which we keep your information for as long as we need it to provide services to you and as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If we make a material change to our privacy policies that affect you or Kid Users, we will notify the parent or guardian of the Kid User by e-mail prior to the change becoming effective and we may require the parent's or guardian's consent to our new privacy policies.
