THE OFFICIAL SHOP OF THE DALLAS COWBOYS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #).
You can only receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. If you would like to return or exchange, and are within 30 days of your ship date, please follow these instructions:
STEPS TO RETURN ON ORDER
Please make sure to clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of your carton and attach the label or ship under your preferred method.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. We will credit or refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges).
If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or issue you a refund within 30 days of the ship date. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in it’s original condition or it will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send all returns/exchanges to the below address:
