Sale Price Policy: Any item may be returned or exchanged for the original purchase price. If an item is exchanged for a like item, the customer will be charged the original price for the exchanged item. No price adjustments will be given for sale merchandise.
Customized/Jerseys: We offer customized adult authentic jerseys, customized adult replica jerseys, and customized youth replica jerseys. These customized items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process not to include shipping. These items are made to order and no returns or cancellations will be accepted on any of the customized jerseys. We recommend that our jerseys be hand washed in cold water and hung dry. Due to unique customized process, do not wash in hot water or heat dry them. Jerseys damaged due to improper care will not be replaced or accepted for return.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The Dallas Cowboys do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders are shipped via UPS (excluding APO's and FPO's, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders being shipped to APO's, FPO's, or Rural Routes cannot be shipped with any service other than 4 to 5 day or ground delivery. All orders shipped with UPS will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online UPS. The Dallas Cowboys shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war.
UPS Next Day Requests must be placed (by Phone or the Internet) by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time (CST) in order to be received the following business day. Overnight requests that are place after 12:00 p.m. CST will be overnighted the following business day and received the first business day after that. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by 5 p.m. An order placed on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. CST will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday by 5 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer SATURDAY delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
APO's and FPO's will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Certified mail, with signed return receipt. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. A $20.00 handling fee will be applied to all APO/FPO orders.
Return Policy:
Return Policy: THE DALLAS COWBOYS CATALOG/INTERNET WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #). You can only receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. If you would like to return or exchange, and are within 30 days of your ship date, please follow these instructions:
If you placed your order on the website under your personal account, you may log in and process your return directly from our website. You will be issued a return authorization number and a UPS shipping label if selected. Please make sure to clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of your carton and attach the label or ship under your preferred method.
You may also call Customer Service 877-NFC Boys (877-632-2697) and select option #5 for returns to talk to an agent or send an email to returns@dallascowboys.net.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
We will credit or refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. We will gladly exchange your merchandise or issue you a refund within 30 days of the ship date. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in it’s original condition or it will not be accepted. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS, ANY CUSTOMIZED JERSEY, SWIMWEAR, OR UNDERGARMENTS. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
